- Order Processing Hours:
- Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM CET.
- Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.
- Orders placed during festivities will be processed from the following working day.
- Delivery Time:
- Depending on the destination country, orders can take between 1-10 business days.
- For orders delivered to Italian locations, delivery is free of charge and will take between 2-6 business days.
- International deliveries are subject to a shipment fee, automatically calculated at the moment of checkout.
- Shipping Territories:
- Shipments are limited to the territories and nations provided on our website.
- Purchase requests from countries not included among those shown at the time of purchase will not be accepted by bevilacquafirenze.it
- Customs and Import Duties:
- Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes according to the laws of the country of residence.
- Shipments to these countries will be delivered DDU (delivery duties unpaid).
- VAT Exemption:
- Customers residing in countries outside the European Union are exempt from VAT.

Returns
